Maxmead Fitness will have a new home base in Crossfit Minnesota.  We are taking over a room that will soon be the Southwest Metro’s first corrective movement/return to play facility.

The walls were painted and the floor went down this week.  Setup and staging next week.  The room will be for corrective movement sessions, new mobility/recovery classes, as well as stretching and bodywork.

I am very excited to launch the new location of Maxmead Fitness!

I am Inspired!

I just watched Kara Thom’s new post on Mama sweat where she performs a set of the Training For Motherhood workout with her 45 lb, 6 year old daughter as her weight. This includes the pushups!

This has got me stoked to do the Training for Motherhood(or Fatherhood!) workout myself today with my own “weights”, 17-month Twins.

What a true inspiration you are, Kara!
